If you’re looking for something simple you can do each day to build leg strength, these exercises are exactly what you need. On day one you may find these exercises difficult to get through but by day 30 look for results where they will be so much easier and you may even be able to get through them multiple times. As always listen to your doctor’s advice before starting any exercise program.Modifications: Can’t do all 30 yet? Try 10 or 20 reps of each exercise. When you can work through the cycle 2 times with the modification, try all 30. Oh and don’t forget your favorite music cranked up to motivate you.
